Yeah, looking like this is the problem. Presumably it's port 2202 that should be open between the machines? It looks like it's only open on the loopback interface and not the ethernet.
Pretty sure there's no firewalls though, I wonder if I'm somehow specifying the wrong network interface, is there a way to change that? I'll ask the ISP to confirm there's nothing in between the servers.
