linear database scalability

Dear friends,
I have a problem about linear database scalability.
My system currently has two management servers and one node group with two data nodes.The replica is 2. Now one new node group with two new data nodes is added to the system. The system.ini file is configured accordingly. The OS, RAM and hard drive capability of all these 4 data nodes are similar. However, it is found that new records were not written to data nodes of the new node group. Anybody has any idea about what happened?
