MySQL Cluster Running On Ubuntu On MS Hyer-V

Whenever we copy or merge a snapshot of one of our ndb nodes all the table x.frm files seem to be corrupt and we have to restore all our data from an sql dump!
We are running our data nodes on Ubuntu 12.10 on a Windows 2008R2 VM
Anyone else seen this?
In the meantime we are no longer moving VHD's and are taking regular sql dumps!
