Bug in ndb_mgmd

We found out that it is a bug in the ndb_mgmd (4.1.9).

ndb_mgmd is not able to handle the crashed node ids after rebooting of one computer in the cluster: "Nodeid X is allocated by another node".

After restarting of ndb_mgmd it was possible to start the nodes 2 and 4.

Should I repoort this bug ?
