What do you mean by a loadbalancer for MySQL?
Do you mean a way of getting your PHP scripts to connect to multiple SQL nodes? If so why not have them all connect to localhost and use DNS round robin (free) to spread the load among your servers hosting your scripts.
The load in being an SQL node is virtually 0 so you don't need to loadbalance it - you could use IP-takevover (linux-ha.org) to have a spare around in case of any problems.
