NDB CLUSTER ERROR 1005: Can't create destination table for copying alter table

we use mysql8.0.22-cluster,NDBCLUSTER engine, when I try to add a new column to a table, I got the error of "ERROR 1005: Can't create destination table for copying alter table", and I have updated the parameter's value of MaxNoOfAttributes to a large enough number, but got the same error. How can I fix it?
