Re: FULLTEXT Indexes in 5.x beta ?

Thanks,

I currently have a mysql Cluster in the lab for testing and the lack of FULLTEXT Index support for the cluster engine poses a barrier for us adopting mysql as a production (High Availability) database for many applications.

The best SLA I can currently offer clients of these applications is 1 day downtime should the database server crash (while the standby machine is configured and brought up with the last dump).

Curious if others are resigned to this as well, or have worked out some other method of providing a HA mysql solution?

Fletch.
