Got error 241 'Invalid schema object version' from ndbcluster

I am recieving this error every once in a while in my scripts that do simple select queries.

Got error 241 'Invalid schema object version' from ndbcluster


I have not done any ALTER TABLE on the ndb table. Is this possibly table corruption? If so what are some things that will cause this?
