pls check this error:

[root@node1 root]# mysqld &

[root@node1 root]# 050513 16:17:05 [ERROR] Can't find messagefile '/usr/local/mysql/share/mysql/english/errmsg.sys'
050513 16:17:05 [ERROR] Aborting

one more error in ndbd :

[root@node2 root]# ndbd
Cannot become daemon: /usr/local/mysql/data/ndb_2.pid: open for write failed: No such file or directory

but it will work in another storage node

one more error in ndb_mgm :

[root@node0 root]# ndb_mgm
-- NDB Cluster -- Management Client --
ndb_mgm> show
Unable to connect with connect string: nodeid=0,localhost:1186
Retrying every 5 seconds. Attempts left: 2 1, failed.
