Please resolve the stacktrace (there's a URL in the log to point you to instructions) and submit a bug.

I gather you are doing something with alter table or similar? There is a temp table name (with the #sql prefix) - which indicates this.

altering tables while doing operations on them can (at least anecdotally, i'm not an expert on that area) cause problems. One of the other guys should be able to answer a bit better on that.

seeing the backtrace could help.
