Each of these machines has multiple IP addresses, and MySQL is using its own on each one. I can say that this has never been a problem before.

Trying to type "9 start" from the mgm console just tells me that the process is of the wrong type.

What I've been trying to do is to run "/etc/rc.d/rc.mysql.mysqld restart" on the correct (xxx.58) server.

At this point, I'm quite happy with how everything's behaving, though. Thanks again!
