one way is to grab the development tree and build it (it'll be really close to what 5.0.13 will be) - check the manual for details on doing that (i use the ./BUILD/compile-pentium-max script for non-debug builds).
you should be able to find old releases on the mirror sites. one way is to replace 5.0.12 in the URL with 5.0.11 when downloading off dev.mysql.com (i think that'll work).
