Sorry to bother you guys, it was my fault.

Somewhere along the line, I got confused and didn't run 'ndbd --initial' on the "malfunctioning" server. Sure enough, a stop of MySQL and run of 'ndbd --initial' fixed it!

The cluster is now happily replicating.
