MySQL Clustering in a MS Windows Environment

Its been about a year since I last tested MySQL for our dept here at work. At the time I was asked to test out MySQL in a clustering environment on Linux with Windows as the prefered OS but it wasnt available for WIN2k then.

Is clustering ready for the Win2k world yet? I know its supposed to be better in a Unix environment but management is asking for Windows right now. If any of you have any direction, links;comments;other posts, that may help me to address this request in a contructive manner I'd be in your debt!

I've downloaded the latest production versions of MySQL 5 for Win32 but do not want to install it yet until I know what to expect. I look forward to any tips or suggestions.

Thanks.
