Changing NoOfFragmentLogFiles, FragmentLogFileSize and
NoOfFragmentLogParts requires an initial restart of the data node.
This will remove all data in this node.

If you run with 2 replicas this can be ok, you will temporarily only
have 1 replica remaining, but after the restart is completed you will
have 2 replicas again. Obviously a good idea to do a backup before
doing this. Then after restarting the first node, you do an initial
restart of the next.
