It looks like this might be a regression bug in 7.5.5 mentioned in: https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=85015

Can you please try NDB Cluster release 7.5.4?

Looks like this bug might me connected with changes around the NDB binlog injector thread in 7.5.5: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql-cluster/7.5/en/mysql-cluster-news-7-5-5.html
