When starting a MySQL Server to be included into MySQL Cluster there
are one parameter that is mandatory and one parameter that is almost
mandatory.

The mandatory parameter is --ndbcluster. The almost mandatory parameter
is --ndb-connectstring. The ndbcluster parameter activates the NDB
storage engine when starting the MySQL Server and makes sure it connects
to the cluster. The ndb-connectstring parameter specifies where you
can find the NDB management server.

So adding those to the ones you already specified will get you started
and the MySQL Server will be seen in the cluster.
