NDB doesn't support incremental backup, but I am pretty sure
you can do partial restore using a full backup.
The ndb_binlog_index is never replicated, it is a local InnoDB
table tracking the changes that the MySQL Server has written into
the binlog.
The replication of the ndb_apply_status table is controlled by
among other things the ndb-log-apply-status config variable in
the MySQL Server.
