It appears that NodeId 6 is already in use by another node.

An API node's connection string (-c or --ndb-connectstring option) should specify the IP address of the management server. The API node's own IP address is (optionally) specified by the HostName parameter. See https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/mysql-cluster-connection-strings.html for details.

What's the complete output of ndb_mgm -e SHOW?
