Can't create table (errno:4242 )

hi there,

it's my first try with mysql clusters, we are migrating from a myisam database structure to ndb - clusters. now the problem is that we want to create the database out of a dump (mysqldump -u -p mydb > mydumpfile.sql ) .... problem is when i run the statement to the mgmd cluster ->
mysql -u -p -h 192.168.10.20 < mydumpfile.sql

... it fails after a few seconds with failure:
ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 300: Can't create table './mydb/tbl_xyz.frm' (errno: 4242)

... what gone wrong or how can i fix that?
