NDBD storage node configuration & synchronisation

I've set up a simple cluster (as described in the on-line docs)

According to the management node, everything appears to be connected nicely:

Cluster Configuration
---------------------
[ndbd(NDB)] 2 node(s)
id=2 @192.0.1.58 (Version: 5.0.18, Nodegroup: 0, Master)
id=3 @192.0.1.37 (Version: 5.0.18, Nodegroup: 0)

[ndb_mgmd(MGM)] 1 node(s)
id=1 @192.0.1.72 (Version: 5.0.18)

[mysqld(API)] 1 node(s)
id=4 @192.0.1.141 (Version 5.0.18)

I have created a 'world' database on both of the NDBD storage nodes. On one of these storage nodes (192.0.1.58) I created three empty tables.

PROBLEM 1: It was my understanding that running the "flush tables" command on this node would result in the changes (i.e. the creation of these three tables) to be replicated on the other storage node, however this is not the case! I have also tried performing the flush on the other storage node, just in case, but to no avail.

PROBLEM 2: It appears that the SQL node (192.0.1.141) has no visibility of the 'world' database at all. Running the 'use world' command simply returns:
ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database 'world'

Any suggestions gratefully accepted!

Cheers,

Ian
