This bug looks very similar to another bug I fixed as part of 8.0.23
development. The problem is that the new node performs a checkpoint
and has not a single table involved in the checkpoint since the
system tables are not spread to the new nodes and no new tables are
yet using the new nodes.

I fixed a similar issue in 8.0.23 when introducing query threads in
that one could have empty LCPs for a thread, here we can have a
whole node being empty.

To fix this bug it would be great to see a bit more of the trace files
that you posted the signal logs for. It would be interesting to see more
of the jump trace parts as well to see exactly how it passed through in
the critical code parts to see what adjustments are required to fix it.
