Sorry to hear you have problems.
So the PHP servers can only connect to one of the mysql nodes, but
you can connect directly to both? Sounds like a configuration problem.
Connecting to mysql nodes is not different than connecting to any MySQL server.
Can you see any errors in the logs of the mysql node that will not connect?
Are all the mysql nodes properly connected to the cluster (using ndb_mgm)?
Also can you see the mysql nodes connecting to the cluster(as API nodes) in the cluster log?
