yes, meanwhile I tried to run the management-server using cygwin (linux-emulation) but didnt get it running (its some days ago, I dont remember the error, any general error.. it didnt start..)
anyway, for testing I've now set up two linux servers, one running a data/sql-node and one running the other data/sql-node and the management-server. for testing thats ok, first.
