I have a further question. If we have multiple users/connections doing the same insert statement at the same time, do we need to increase the MaxNoOfConcurrentOperations multiplying no. of concurrent users/connections?

For example, let's say we have 5 users/connections doing the same insert statement. Do we need to increase MaxNoOfConcurrentOperations to 5 * 37591?
