Yes, I used ndbd --initial. In fact, we went ahead and dumped each database we host to backup files so we can bring all of them up with --initial simultaneously. It still sticks in phase 2.

Right now, we're running our databases on a single bog-standard instance of MySQL so our customers stay happy.

When I bring the old node back in and run them all with --initial, and the entire cluster comes back up with no problems. Of course, this doesn't help us, since the sevrer the old node is on has some hardware issues. To make a long story short, the problem has to be with the new machine, or its config.

I looked through the my.cnf files, as well as the firewall rules, and didn't find any issues. If anyone else has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thank you all for your time.
