Hi mr.Patricio thank you for your precious answer.
i use the SELECT but no rows with id 96, and no duplicate entry in here.

there are many duplicate tables_name i dunno if this is normal

i tried then to create a new table but i receive again same error and here the logs:

Another curiosity into logs, since the upgrade of only musqld node12 to mysqlv8.0.34 while all other nodes stick on 8.0.33 appear this every minute:

I found already online this is a known bug should not log this every minute but before upgrade doesnt show to me.
Could this be related?

I'll try in this days to create a staging env and replicate the ndbcluster and lets see if error still there.
