which mysql 5.0 release version is best for replication deploy?

Hi,
I plan to deploy a master-slave replication by mysql 5.0 in Sun solaris platform. I read the release notes, almost every 5.0 version has many bugs in replication ?
In my replication , there will be 50 records inserted or updated in master per second, 50record/second . Which Mysql 5.0 release version is better for my platform?
