start just slave io_thread at startup
I want to set up delayed replication where the slave is pulling the binlogs all the time but I will issue stop/start slave sql_thread commands to manage how up to date it is. Is there some option I can set in the my.ini file to always start just the io_thread at start up, or do I need a separate script to make sure it's running? MySQL 5.0.6 on Windows.
