We have master server and several slaves at different locations. Sometimes, the slaves are not always sync with the master due to network issues. I need to write a script to purge the master binlog file at cron. However I need to know which binlog file the slaves are reading, then I only could purge the log before the earliest one among the slaves. did somebody do this before? thanks in advance!
