some progress
now when a server restarts for example, the 2nd picks up and when the first one is up again it updates and replication works good

but when conenction between them is broken , replication stops
i have to stop the service and then start it again on the server that is behind so that it reads my.ini file and its relay files and it updates and replication is up again .

Am i saying anything wrong till now ? i mean the explanation , am talking logical not practical heh

we are trying to write a script to know which server is behind , so that when it knows it restarts the service on that server
doable , right ?!

and one last thing , can i know if anyone is connected now to my database ?! i dnt want to restart the service if someone is connected

thanks in advance
