argh.

skipping the table from replication did not work as the table is later queried to insert values in another. See:

maybe I should just set max_heap_table_size on the slave to be a bit bigger than on the master.

I'll restore the slave from a dump and let it catch up.

Please tell me if you think I'm not doing the right thing or am misunderstanding the situation.
