Replication authentication failure
Afternoon All
I'm testing replication on a copy of a clients main DB (4.0.24) and finding that I can't get the master to allow the slave to connect. I've even tried giving the user total global privileges to no avail. I know the slave is seeing the master as it is correctly saying which machine is refusing it connection. Just wondering if there is some knack to setting the user account up that the documentation in the manual is not making clear.
