InnoDB Replication Possible and How??

Hi everybody,
I have some questions about Replication. Can Replication do actual Real-Time Synchronization of Central Master Server and Multiple Slave Servers? Can this be done when the Tables are in InnoDB Format and not in myISAM Format? What are steps to do replication between them? I am new using replication and also using mySQL. I need help. Can this replication be regularly scheduled? How can you do that?
Is there a GUI Manager to do all this like Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager? I saw the MySQL Administrator 1.1 and it is limited in viewing structure and watching replication process, backup and recovery. Are there more it can do with respect to my problem. I used mySQL Ver 4.1. ADVANCED THANKS.
