Since all writes must be done on all servers, you are unlikely to get any performance benefit.

There are a small number of things to deal with -- server_id, log_slave_updates, bin_log on, CHANGE MASTER, and maybe a few more.

Do NOT think about putting all 3 servers in a circle.
