The 'insert into bookings' query only updates a single table in a single offending db. Neither of those bugs seems to be applicable.

I'll see if i can reproduce in a trivial setup. Is testing based on 5.0.18 ok ?

KimSeong suggested using the replicate-do-db option. Is that the appropriate fix or does this look like buggy behaviour ?
