A slave to two masters ?

I have two servers with a table with exactly the same structure on each of them
and being updated frequently; want to synchronize them with each other and a
simple replication here won't work.
Can I possbly have them merged on a third server in a setup where the two are
masters and the third one is a slave ? ( As far as I get it they can't be both masters
and slaves to each other..)
