"Restore" usually means reloading from a backup. Is that what you mean? Or do you mean to rebuild a server from data on another server?
Are you asking two questions: "How to reload intermediate" and "How to reload Master" ?
What is the goal? Perhaps to establish recovery procedures? Or perhaps you have a dead machine and need to rebuild it? Or something else?
