If I understand your question correctly you are referring to something along the lines of Group Replication Multi-Primary mode, in which details can be found here :

In this setup every node can write and those writes are replicated to all other nodes. It's not the recommended setup for Group Replication and there are special considerations that need to be taken into account according to the manual.
There are also other options such as NDB Cluster. However, I don't have any experience with NDB Cluster and can't provide any real information on it other than to point you at the documentation for it:
