Ciao Leonardo,

The problem (I think with the element you provided), is that it takes too long to get the ack or the flush the queue, I need more statistics and or error messages), because of network latency and/or storage.

The output of show global status; and show engine innodb status\G when it hangs could already provide some inside and of course the content of performance_schema tables related to group_replication on each nodes.

You can also try to disable sync-binlog (not recommended for production, but you already removed durability on innodb IIRC) and if you use it in containers, maybe the data is not that important and you can loose one or more trx ;)
