Hi,

I really encourage you to use innodb cluster instead of group replication only, if you want to use the router you should think innodb cluster (and it will be even more true in the future).

However if you want to do it anyway, you need for your r/w port in the router use the correct routing method which in your case should be first-available and list all potential nodes in a an order of weight that you configure in group replication.
