"[Note] Failed to start slave threads for channel ''" message in err file

Greetings,

A new mysql 5.7.31 host (CentOS 7.7) created - copying from another existing host.

Issued "reset master" and "reset slave" commands, removed the auto.conf file, edited the /etc/my.cnf file and restarted the host.
Everything is fine and clear , but the following message appears after each MySQL restart :
[Note] Failed to start slave threads for channel ''

Since it's a NOTE (not warning/error) - it seems that no special problems.
However, i don't like to leave/see any "Failed" notes in err file.

Any suggestions for how to get rid from that message ?

Best regards,
