I have the same with multi-primay mysql. I try to reduce the number of transactions to database and this bug "Plugin ..." still occur, but it's not frequency. And other hand, when I try to push a large of transaction to one node, this bug appears. I think the cause of synchronous in multi-primay node, it need time to communicate with other.
Did you resolve this issue ?
