MYSQL 5.7.44 HA cluster active/active problems

Hello,

I have an issue and I hope to find a solution.

I need to setup an active/active DB cluster, with 2 linux servers nodes that must write at the same time into mysql 5.7.44 database (aprox 1 TB size).

The filesystem on my databse are MyISAM and InnoDB.
Database doesnt have Primary Keys and NO posibility to add it.

Is there any posibility to set up a functional active/active HA system with these specifications?

Everywhere I look it`s says that is impossible cause of primary keys missing.
