Hi,
What you could do is look at an ETL to solve this issue. Why look at an ETL? Because it will allow you to synchronize your data to the database. An ETL like Talend would fit your needs as it is a free option and that it supports lots of database types with its connectors. Using that ETL tool, you could also perform data quality, profiling etc... on the database.
