How to move a complete mysql database into a different folder

Hello,
I am not a full time admin and so is my bid to get a simple an complete answer for my problem.
Today my data folder is C:\Documents and Settings\Stefan\....\mysql\data
I hve to move the complete Databases (Today there were running 4 different services, wiki, groupware, dms, crm) to D:\mysql\data .
My questions are
1. How to move the databases (phpmyadmin is available).
2. Where to set up the new location of the databases.
