MySQL Enterprise Backup (MEB 3.7.0) - Tivoli TSM

We currently have a number of MySQL 5.1 EE multiple-instance installs with each hosting several very small databases. We have installed MySQL Enterprise Backup (MEB 3.7.0) and have successfully used the product to backup the instances to disk. Our previous backup method was to use mysqldump to backup to disk and then pull the backups to TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager). New backup security policy dictates that no backups go to disk so we plan to use MEB 3.7.0 to run the backup directly to TSM as the TSM OS agent is already installed and configured on the server:

i.e:

mysqlbackup --port=1234 --protocol=tcp --user=root --password --backup-image=sbt:backup-ROADS-2012-02-01 sbt-lib-path=/opt/tivoli.so --backup-dir=/backup backup-to-image

Our question is that our TSM team has never worked with MEB and are unfamiliar with the configuration requirements? We are wondering if anyone has configured the MEB product for TSM? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff
