Can't Restore Bugzilla Database to New MySQL Server Box
Hello there,
I'm running into problems trying to restore my Bugzilla "bugs" database on a new server box. The new box is identical to the previous, running MySQL 5.0.45-community-nt edition.
My configuration:
Old Bugzilla Box:
Windows XP SP2
MySQL 5.0.45-community-nt edition
MySQL Client version 5.1.11
MySQL Administrator 1.2.12
Bugzilla Version 2.22
New Bugzilla Box:
Windows Server 2003
MySQL 5.0.45-community-nt edition
MySQL Client version 5.1.11
MySQL Administrator 1.2.12
Bugzilla Version 2.22
When I try and restore my .sql export file via the MySQl Administrator on the new Bugzilla box, I get to about 10% progress before a MySQL error is flagged - "The server has returned this error message:MySQL server has gone away", "The restoration failed". My .sql file I'mm trying to import is ~51 MB.
My backup configuration settings on the Old bugzilla:
Backup Execution Method - InnoDB Online Backup, Complete backup [checked]
Output File Options - defaults (Complete INSERTS, Comment, Add Drop Statements, Disable)
Does the backup through MySQL Administrator have to be saved in a certain way to allow migration to a new box?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
