database backeup for my forum is not working

hello
i have a phpbb forum i backup up my forum in the admin panel
my server went down, and now i tried to restore my database but it is not working
my backup file is 43mb , then i also tried to restore my database with dump but that works for half, now my forums shows up but all the users are gone and topics also..
the dump page looks like this:

i had imported the red cirkeld option
but when i try to import the rest it gives errors: Error at the line 22: define('IN_PHPBB', true); or on other options when i try to import UNEXPECTED: Can't read the file pointer offset
Stopped on error
can someone please help me out
