Backup BD

Hola,
Actualmente estoy trabajando con una aplicación en ASP con una Base de Datos MySQL...pero no tengo idea de cómo hacer un backup de esta BD para luego resturarla.
(por ej. yo necesito hacer el backup en mi oficina y restaurarla en mi maquina personal).
Si alguien me puede ayudar, se lo agradezco..ya que esto debe hacerlo urgente!!!!
